These Terms & Conditions define the rules for using the webshop, placing orders and purchasing products or services through Macron Sport Hub Zagreb by Fundus Sport.
The webshop is operated by Macron Sport Hub Zagreb by Fundus Sport.
Products and camp applications can be ordered through the website by adding available items to the cart or by submitting the relevant application form. The order is considered received after successful submission and payment confirmation, unless otherwise agreed.
All prices are displayed in EUR. The final order amount is shown before payment. Payments are processed through the Monri WebPay secure payment system. The merchant does not store card data.
Product availability, sizes, organization collections and special items may depend on current stock and supplier availability. If an ordered item is unavailable, we will contact the customer using the provided email address.
Delivery information, expected delivery time and shipping conditions are described on the Shipping page. Standard delivery time is 10–15 working days from order and payment confirmation, unless stated otherwise for a specific product or order type.
Customers may request a return within the legally applicable period where the right of withdrawal applies. Personalized, custom-made, used, damaged or incomplete products may be excluded from return. More details are available on the Returns page.
Products with personalization, printing, names, numbers, initials, club crests or items prepared for a specific team or club order are made or prepared according to the customer’s request. Such products may have longer processing times and may be excluded from standard return rights where legally permitted.
Gran Futbolista camp applications are submitted through the website. A place in the camp is recorded after successful application and payment confirmation, subject to availability and the announced camp details.
For complaints, issues with delivery, wrong items or damaged goods, customers should contact us by email with the order number, email address used for the order and a short description of the issue.
