These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the webshop, the ordering process, payment, delivery, returns, complaints and the purchase of products offered by Fundus Sport.
The seller, owner and operator of this webshop is the legal entity stated below.
Macron Sport Hub Zagreb by Fundus Sport is the commercial name under which the webshop is presented to customers.
Products are ordered electronically by selecting a product, adding it to the cart, entering the required information and confirming the order and payment. Before confirming the order, the customer can review and correct the entered information.
After receiving the order, the customer receives an electronic confirmation. If a product is unavailable or an order cannot be fulfilled, we will contact the customer using the provided contact details.
All retail prices are displayed in euros (EUR) and include VAT unless clearly stated otherwise. Any delivery charge, discount and final payable amount are displayed before the order is confirmed.
Payment is possible using the payment methods displayed during checkout. Card payments are processed through the secure Monri WebPay system.
Card numbers, CVV codes and other sensitive card authentication data are not stored on the systems of FUNDUS-SPORT d.o.o. and are not available to its employees. Monri is a PCI DSS Level 1 payment-service provider, and online card payments may use the 3D Secure authentication protocol, including the security mechanisms supported by the card issuer.
All payments are made in EUR. The amount charged to a card account may be converted into the cardholder’s local currency according to the rules and exchange rate of the card association or issuing bank.
Product availability, sizes, colours and supplier stock may change. If an ordered item is unavailable, the customer will be contacted and offered an alternative, a revised delivery time or a refund, as appropriate.
Delivery areas, expected delivery times and shipping charges are described on the Shipping page. Delivery time may be longer for personalized products, club orders and items ordered from the supplier.
Shipping →A customer who is a consumer may withdraw from a distance contract without giving a reason within 14 days, except where a statutory exclusion applies. The withdrawal can be submitted through the online withdrawal function or by another unambiguous statement.
Open the withdrawal formThe statutory right of withdrawal may be excluded for products made according to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalized for the customer, including products bearing a requested name, number, initials, crest, special print or another individual customization.
A standard club product held in stock is not automatically treated as personalized solely because it carries a club design. The exclusion applies when the particular product has been made or clearly customized according to the customer’s individual request.
Rights relating to defective, damaged, incorrect or non-conforming products are separate from the right of withdrawal. The customer should contact us as soon as possible and provide the order reference and a description or photographs of the issue.
A written consumer complaint can be submitted by email or post. FUNDUS-SPORT d.o.o. will acknowledge and respond to a written complaint in writing within the legally prescribed period, no later than 15 days after receipt.
