Returns and complaints

Return period

Returns can be requested within 14 days from delivery, unless the item is excluded from return.

Item condition

Returned items must be unused, undamaged and in original packaging, with labels and all included parts.

Items excluded from return

• Personalized or custom-made products.
• Organization products made or prepared for a specific team/order.
• Used, damaged or incomplete items.

Refunds

Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected. If the return is approved, the refund is made to the original payment method where possible.
